Getting repeatative mail from Cognos

Problem description:-
------------------
I send one report in mail from cognos to 3 recipient. Out of 3 email ids one email id was incorrect.

I am getting the same report repetitively from cognos after 1 hour duration.

I have tried the below options to stop the mail.

1) Checked the schedule in cognos. But there is no schedule for that.
2) Deleted the report from cognos but still getting the mails in 1 hour interval.
3) Deleted the user from Access manager and recreated the user but still the same problem.

If any one faced this problem can you please suggest.

Hi All,
As per cognos I droped all the NC* tables from content store using NC_Drop.sql and now it is working fine. Cognos also suggesting to define the SMTP rule.
