Hi All,
I'm following the directions in the Tips and Techniques document for 'Multiple Aligned column Headers in Lists and Crosstabs' I found under proven practices.
On page 8, 3.2 Crosstab Report, it says to 'drag a 'Crosstab Space (with Text)' object from the 'toolbox' onto the column edge.
First of all, I do not see the 'crosstab Space (with Text)' in the toolbox, so that makes it difficult to follow the directions.
Second, am I missing something, is there another way to accomplish this task,'Multiple Aligned column Headers in Lists and Crosstabs'?

Thanks for any assistance!

What version of Cognos 8 are you using?

MFGF

In 8.4.1, drag in a 'Crosstab Space' from the toolbox, then drop a 'Text item' into it to get the same end result as the old 'Crosstab Space (with Text)' object.

Thanks MF,
I did that as a last result.  I thought I was missing something in the directions.  Thanks for letting me know it was in the previous version.

Have a wonderful day!
