Removing the Locked/Read only Message

Hi All,

We have a shared network folder that the users have read only access to - when opening any reports from this location Impromptu displays the message "this report is locked by another user or is read only. A copy will be made."
The users are fully aware the folder and it's contents are read only - is there any way of making this error not appear every single time they open a report? Any suggestions ideas would be much appreciated.
