Help icon not working

Whenever i click on the Help icon in Cognos Connection or in Report Studio, i'm getting below message :

"The documentation page for the default language 'en' does not exist "

Can anyone please suggest where to look for the root cause

Did you install the "IBM Cognos 8 Supplementary Languages Documentation". Maybe they are missing.

You are correct.

I have installed .html documentation files in gateway/webcontent/documentation/en directory and issue got resolved.
