When i add new URL IN COGNOS CONNECTION  i am getting error " DPR-ERR-2079 FIREWALL SECURITY REJECTION.YOUR REQUEST WAS REJECTED BY THE SECURITY FIREWALL. CAF REJECTION DETAILS ARE AVILABLE IN LOG.PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR"

I  have set CAF  setting = TRUE. Is this creating this  firewall error?
