Without specifics on what problems you're having there's not much I can suggest. You can find a list of problems with reports (specifically from Report Studio) here.

Browse through forums which has interview Q/A. Your question is not specific. This is not the right place to ask such vague questions.

gpreddy,

Asking general questions about things like report problems can be a good way to get users of Cognos talking about what they have seen; however, we do not want to see COGNOiSe used as a means to help interviewees deceive interviewers.  If you want to know some of the common problems faced while using Cognos for reporting in order to pass an interview, I suggest you find a place where you can get experience with the tool.  Eventually, your employer will find out if you do not actually have the experience you are reporting to have, and I promise you that you'll end up worse off.

If you want an opportunity to get experience with Cognos, there are many places that will hire people into their BI groups if they have a solid understanding of some of the ancillary technologies (i.e. ETL, datawarehousing, etc).

Best of luck,

Dustin
