Dimension source values showing instead of levels

Hey Guys,

Have a weird situation here. Some of the dimensions in the cube (each of the dimensions have about 10 levels) in Analysis Studio are showing values for the lowest level, i.e. key column values. However, the diagram viewer within Transformer shows the correct levels and everything is how it should be. But AS has the problem. Funny thing is, these same dimensions when put in a temporary cube work fine in AS when built the exact same way as they're built in the main cube. I have rebuilt the dimensions in the main cube but the issue persists.
The other dimensions are working fine and they're all built in the same way except for different dimension tables of course.

Any idea why this could be happening?

Thanks

redmist

No sure if this is your issue but I have seen this happening in AS when there are orphan categories.
When you look in the viewer there might be Orphans, Blank..etc as the levels and there will be values for the keys. In AS it shows all the keys from the last level. If you do more and go all the way down you should see the actual non-orphan levels.
you could fix the orphan issue or r suppress/exclude it

Arsenal

exactly right...i came to post that the issue has been fixed and saw your reply  ;D

orphans are supposed to be automatically suppressed but apparently it's not suppressed at the source level
so since I have to show the source level as well, I had to manually suppress the orphan categories.
rebuilding the cube right now
